SURABAYA – Polisi berhasil mengamankan tersangka perampokan rumah seorang janda, Anis Suliana (50), di Jalan Kedung Anyar Gang II, Surabaya.
Menurut Kompol Domingos De Fatima Ximenes, Kapolsek Sawahan Polrestabes Surabaya, korban mengalami lima tusukan benda tajam jenis pisau dapur di paha, lambung, perut kiri, tengkuk, dan dada.
Korban saat ini sedang menjalani perawatan intensif di ICU RSUD dr Soetomo Surabaya.
“Tersangka inisial FA, asal Kedamean Gresik sudah kita tangkap,” ujar Kompol Domingos, Kamis (4/7/2024).
Tersangka FA melakukan perbuatan sadis karena ketahuan mencuri dompet dan HP milik korban.
Kompol Domingos menjelaskan bahwa kejadian terjadi saat siang dalam keadaan sepi.
Anak korban, setelah mendengar teriakan ibunya minta tolong, langsung keluar dan melihat pelaku melarikan diri ke arah barat ujung gang.
“Pelaku ini hendak mencuri di toko korban yang sedang tidur, kemudian meloncat ke etalase, tapi ketahuan korban. Kemungkinan panik, pelaku menusuk korban lima kali di tubuhnya,” tutur Kompol Domingos.
Mursyid, seorang warga sekitar, menyatakan bahwa pelaku sempat dihadang oleh tetangganya bernama Wanto, namun berhasil menghindar.
“Pelaku akhirnya ditangkap anggota Polsek Sawahan Surabaya saat berpatroli,” bebernya.
Pelaku dijerat dengan Pasal 53 Jo 365 (2) KUHP dan/atau Pasal 53 Jo 338 tentang tindak pidana percobaan pencurian dengan kekerasan yang mengakibatkan luka berat dan percobaan menghilangkan nyawa orang.
