JEMBER – Suhu politik di Kabupaten Jember kian memanas setelah pengundian nomor urut pasangan calon (Paslon) Pilkada Jember yang berlangsung pada Senin, 23 September 2024.
Dari hasil pengundian tersebut, Hendy – Firjaun mendapatkan nomor urut 1, sedangkan Fawait – Djoko mendapatkan nomor 2.
Meski pengundian nomor urut berjalan lancar, namun tensi politik semakin meningkat ketika memasuki tahap deklarasi kampanye damai, yang digelar pada Selasa malam, 24 September 2024, di Kota Cinema Mall (KCM) Jember
Deklarasi yang seharusnya menjadi momentum penting untuk menegaskan komitmen kedua kubu terhadap Pilkada damai justru diwarnai ketegangan.
Paslon nomor urut 2, Fawait – Djoko, tidak hadir dalam acara tersebut, sehingga memicu spekulasi dan perbincangan hangat di kalangan publik.
Ketidakhadiran ini disebabkan oleh tudingan bahwa ada pelanggaran terkait keberpihakan Komisi Pemilihan Umum (KPU) Jember kepada Paslon Hendy – Firjaun.
Kubu Fawait menuding KPU Jember melakukan pembiaran terhadap Paslon nomor urut 1 tersebut, yang diduga membawa pendukung lebih dari batas maksimal yang telah disepakati, yakni 50 orang.
Kubu Fawait melihat area KCM terutama di area parkir terdapat puluhan orang yang mengenakan baju warna merah dan putih secara serentak, kemudian disinyalir pendukung Paslon nomor urut 1.
Atas dasar itulah kubu Fawait menilai KPU tidak konsisten dalam menjalankan kesepakatan yang telah ditetapkan, bahkan terkesan berpihak ke kubu Hendy.
Hal demikian juga dianggap sebagai bentuk ketidakadilan dan pelanggaran aturan kampanye damai yang sebelumnya telah dirumuskan bersama.
Namun, Ketua KPU Jember, Dessi Anggraeni, segera menepis tudingan miring dari kubu Fawait tersebut.
Dalam keterangannya, Dessi menegaskan bahwa pihaknya telah menjalankan acara sesuai dengan kesepakatan kedua belah pihak.
Terbukti, Dessi hanya menyiapkan 100 kursi khusus saja di lokasi acara, dengan jatah 50 kursi untuk masing-masing pendukung Paslon.
Dessi juga memastikan bahwa setiap pendukung yang masuk ke acara itu telah diseleksi ketat terlebih dahulu, bahkan harus menunjukkan ID Card untuk masuk.
Sementara itu, Ketua Bawaslu Jember, Sanda Aditya Pradana, belum memberikan pernyataan resmi terkait tudingan dari kubu Fawait.
Ketika dikonfirmasi oleh awak media, Sanda mengaku masih mau melihat lebih lanjut terkait kemungkinan adanya pelanggaran selama deklarasi kampanye damai berlangsung.
Ketegangan ini menjadi salah satu indikator bahwa suhu politik di Jember akan terus memanas menjelang Pilkada 2024.
Persaingan antara kedua kubu yang kuat dan saling klaim pelanggaran ini memperlihatkan betapa ketatnya kontestasi politik di Kabupaten Jember.
Situasi ini juga memicu kekhawatiran di kalangan masyarakat, terutama terkait potensi konflik yang bisa muncul jika kedua belah pihak tidak segera menemukan titik temu.
Pentingnya peran KPU dan Bawaslu dalam menjaga netralitas serta menegakkan aturan kampanye damai menjadi sorotan utama.
Masyarakat Jember tentu berharap agar proses Pilkada berjalan lancar, aman, dan damai tanpa ada gesekan yang berpotensi merusak stabilitas sosial di daerah tersebut.
Kini, dengan ketegangan yang semakin meningkat, semua mata tertuju pada langkah-langkah yang akan diambil oleh KPU dan Bawaslu Jember untuk meredam situasi ini.
Klarifikasi dari pihak-pihak terkait dan pengawasan ketat terhadap jalannya kampanye diharapkan dapat mencegah eskalasi lebih lanjut.
Dengan Pilkada yang tinggal menghitung hari, suasana politik di Jember sepertinya akan semakin dinamis dan penuh warna. (*)
