JEMBER – Kampanye Calon Bupati Jember, Muhammad Fawait, membawa berkah bagi para pedagang asongan yang turut hadir di setiap titik acara.

Salah satunya Tumirah, pedagang asal asal Desa Tanggul Wetan, memanfaatkan momentum tersebut untuk berjualan.
Dalam kegiatan apel sholawat kali ini, Rabu (16/10/2024), Tumirah turut meramaikan sembari menjajakan jualannya.
Apel sholawatnya berlangsung di Dusun Kedung Sumur, Desa Jambearum, Kecamatan Puger.
Tumirah mengaku rutin mengikuti kampanye Fawait, karena diizinkan menjajakan dagangannya tanpa hambatan.
“Saya tahu acara ini dari relawan. Meskipun tempatnya selalu berpindah, saya tetap ikut karena tim kampanye tidak melarang kami berjualan,” ujar Tumirah.
Tumirah menjual aneka makanan ringan seperti keripik, krupuk ikan, kacang, dan air mineral.
Ia mengungkapkan, penghasilannya meningkat pesat sejak mengikuti kegiatan ini.
“Dalam satu titik kampanye, saya bisa menghasilkan hingga Rp300 ribu,” ungkapnya.
Para pedagang merasakan manfaat langsung dari keramaian kampanye, yang berdampak positif pada penjualan mereka.
Calon Bupati Fawait sengaja memberi ruang bagi para pedagang asongan untuk berjualan di setiap acara.
Menurutnya, kegiatan kampanye juga bertujuan untuk membantu perekonomian masyarakat kecil.
“Setiap apel sholawat memberikan berkah. Selain berbagi cinta, kita juga memberikan rejeki dengan meningkatkan pendapatan UMKM di sekitar lokasi,” ujar Fawait.
