MOJOKERTO – Kapolres Mojokerto, AKBP Ihram Kustarto, kembali menunjukkan kepeduliannya kepada masyarakat.
Kali ini, Dia memberikan bantuan kursi roda kepada seorang lansia bernama Mbah Sonten.
Penyerahan bantuan ini dilakukan di kediaman Mbah Sonten, Desa Sukoanyar, Kecamatan Ngoro, pada Jumat (20/9/2024).
Mbah Sonten, yang mengalami kesulitan bergerak karena kondisi kesehatannya, kini bisa beraktivitas lebih mudah setelah menerima bantuan tersebut.
Kapolres Mojokerto turun langsung ke lokasi setelah mendapat informasi dari Bhabinkamtibmas Desa Sukoanyar, Aipda Lucky Ardian, tentang kondisi Mbah Sonten yang membutuhkan kursi roda.
AKBP Ihram Kustarto menjelaskan bahwa bantuan ini merupakan bagian dari program sosial Polres Mojokerto, yang rutin dilakukan untuk membantu warga yang membutuhkan dukungan.
“Bantuan kursi roda ini diharapkan dapat mempermudah aktivitas Mbah Sonten sehari-hari dan meningkatkan kualitas hidupnya,” ujar Kapolres.
Dia juga berkomitmen untuk selalu hadir di tengah masyarakat dan memberikan manfaat nyata.
“Ini adalah wujud kepedulian kami terhadap masyarakat yang membutuhkan, serta upaya mendekatkan polisi dengan warga,” tutupnya.
Sementara itu, Mbah Sonten dan keluarganya mengungkapkan rasa terima kasih yang mendalam atas perhatian dan bantuan dari Kapolres Mojokerto.
“Matur nuwun kagem Pak Kapolres, sampun maringi bantuan kursi roda,” ucap Mbah Sonten dengan senyum bahagia.
Bantuan ini disambut baik oleh masyarakat setempat sebagai bentuk nyata dari sinergi antara polisi dan warga dalam menciptakan lingkungan yang harmonis.
