JEMBER – Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison (IOH) melalui brand Tri melanjutkan program Generasi Happy 2024 di Kabupaten Jember, Jawa Timur.
Setelah sukses di Jambi dan Serang, program ini kini mengajak ribuan Gen Z Jember untuk mengembangkan potensi diri di era digital dengan semangat #GakPakeKompromi Buat Naikkin Level.
Program Generasi Happy bertujuan menginspirasi Gen Z agar memanfaatkan dunia digital secara positif dan kreatif.
Dengan populasi Gen Z yang mencapai 30% dari total penduduk Jember, Generasi Happy menawarkan berbagai aktivitas edukatif dan inspiratif.
Program ini memberi ruang bagi Gen Z untuk meningkatkan keterampilan digital melalui pembelajaran langsung dari para ahli content creation.
Mengusung empat pilar utama yakni Literasi Digital, Skill Development, Academy, dan Entertainment, Generasi Happy tidak hanya mendorong penguasaan tren digital, tetapi juga menjadikannya peluang untuk meraih sukses di masa depan.
Aktivitas Edukatif dan Festival Puncak
Generasi Happy di Jember diawali dengan School Attack, di mana Tri mengunjungi sekolah-sekolah untuk memberikan wawasan tentang dunia digital.
Puncaknya adalah Generasi Happy School Festival yang digelar di Sevendream City Jember pada Sabtu, 7 Desember 2024.
Acara ini dimeriahkan oleh musisi favorit Gen Z seperti Marion Jola, serta talenta lokal seperti Thee Marloes, Fakedopp, dan Upcoustic.
Esports caster terkenal, Lius Andre alias Ko Lius, turut hadir memeriahkan Generasi Happy H3RO School Competition.
Bagi penggemar gaming, Tri menyelenggarakan kompetisi Mobile Legends antar siswa dengan hadiah jutaan rupiah.
Para pemenang akan diundang ke H3RO Rookie Tournament 2024 serta mengikuti masterclass bersama ahli esports.
Festival ini juga menghadirkan talk show edukatif bertajuk Generasi Happy Academy on Stage dengan tema “No Kompromi, Eksplor Potensi Diri”, menampilkan pakar digital dari TikTok serta content creator ternama seperti Irene Suwandi, igLEON, Jacquelyn Chandra, dan Zevana Arga.
Dukungan untuk Potensi Digital Gen Z
Fahd Yudhanegoro, EVP Head of Circle Java Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison, mengaku senang dengan antusiasme Gen Z Jember dalam menyambut program Generasi Happy.
“Program ini adalah komitmen Tri untuk memberdayakan Gen Z, sekaligus mengajak mereka memanfaatkan dunia digital untuk peluang yang lebih besar,” kata Fahd Yudhanegoro.
Selama 30 hari terakhir, Generasi Happy telah menjangkau lebih dari 125 sekolah, kampus, dan tempat nongkrong di berbagai kota.
Melalui program ini, Tri tidak hanya menghadirkan inspirasi, tetapi juga mendukung gaya hidup digital Gen Z dengan produk Happy yang menawarkan kuota internet hemat dan jaringan cepat.

Tahun ini, Generasi Happy mengusung konsep online-offline-online agar pengalaman Gen Z semakin menyeluruh.
Gen Z dapat mengumpulkan poin melalui aktivitas di berbagai platform yang dapat ditukar dengan hadiah menarik.
Generasi Happy Academy juga tersedia secara daring, menghadirkan silabus eksklusif tentang dunia content creation dari tiga kreator ternama Indonesia: Irene Suwandi (Skill & Creativity), Medy Renaldy (Authenticity), dan Nessie Judge (Passion).
Video kreasi finalis Generasi Happy Creator School Stars turut ditampilkan di festival ini.
Para juara berkesempatan mengikuti Creator Meet-up dengan content creator inspiratif, sementara talenta muda gamer menunjukkan kemampuannya di babak final H3RO Rookie Battle.
