JEMBER – Komisi Pemilihan Umum (KPU) Jember telah menggelar rapat pleno terbuka rekapitulasi hasil penghitungan perolehan suara tingkat kabupaten pada pemilihan Gubernur-Wakil Gubernur Jawa Timur dan Bupati-Wakil Bupati Jember, pada Kamis (5/12/2024).
Berdasarkan hasil akhir, pasangan Fawait-Djoko unggul dengan perolehan suara sebesar 588.761 (54,30%) dalam Pilkada Jember.
Sedangkan pasangan nomor urut 01, Hendy-Gus Firjaun, mendapatkan suara sebanyak 495.499 (45,70%).
Dengan demikian, Paslon Fawait-Djoko secara resmi menjadi bupati terpilih periode 2025-2030 di Kabupaten Jember.
Ketua KPU Jember, Dessi Anggraeni, menyampaikan bahwa proses rekapitulasi suara berjalan lancar tanpa ada kendala berarti.
“Setelah dicermati bersama saksi dan Bawaslu, tidak ada sanggahan maupun rekomendasi dari Bawaslu. Dengan demikian, dapat diartikan nihil kejadian khusus dan keberatan. Selanjutnya kami tetapkan hasil rekapitulasi penghitungan perolehan suara,” kata Dessi Anggraeni.
Dalam Pilkada Jember 2024, jumlah suara sah tercatat sebanyak 1.084.260 (97,55%), sementara suara tidak sah berjumlah 27.232 (2,45%).
Total suara sah dan tidak sah keseluruhan mencapai 1.111.492 (100%).
Rekapitulasi suara dilakukan secara transparan di hadapan pimpinan partai politik, saksi dari masing-masing pasangan calon, serta pengawas dari Bawaslu.
Meski hasil rekapitulasi ini sudah dipastikan valid, Dessi menegaskan bahwa pihaknya tetap memberikan waktu kepada saksi dan Bawaslu untuk mencermati data rekapitulasi.
Hingga batas waktu yang ditentukan, tidak ada keberatan atau sanggahan dari pihak manapun.
“Kami telah memberikan kesempatan kepada saksi paslon dan Bawaslu untuk mencermati hasil ini. Setelah tidak ada keberatan, maka hasil ini menjadi dasar untuk menetapkan pasangan calon terpilih,” ujarnya.
Selanjutnya, hasil rekapitulasi ini akan ditindaklanjuti dengan penerbitan Surat Keputusan (SK) KPU Jember.
SK tersebut nantinya menjadi dokumen resmi yang mengukuhkan Gus Fawait dan Djoko sebagai Bupati dan Wakil Bupati Jember periode 2025-2030.
Selain Pilkada Jember, KPU Jember juga menyelesaikan rekapitulasi suara untuk pemilihan Gubernur dan Wakil Gubernur Jawa Timur di Kabupaten Jember.
Berdasarkan hasil rekapitulasi, pasangan Khofifah-Emil unggul dengan perolehan suara 723.833 (67,34%), diikuti oleh pasangan Risma-Gus Hans dengan 263.533 suara (24,52%), dan pasangan Luluk-Lukman dengan 87.510 suara (8,14%).
Berbeda dengan Pilkada Jember, hasil rekapitulasi pemilihan Gubernur dan Wakil Gubernur Jawa Timur akan diserahkan ke KPU Jawa Timur untuk proses penetapan lebih lanjut.
“Khusus pemilihan Gubernur dan Wakil Gubernur Jatim, penetapannya berada di KPU Jatim. KPU Jember nanti akan mengirimkan hasil rekapitulasi di Jember ke KPU Jatim,” pungkas Dessi.
Rapat pleno penetapan hasil rekapitulasi ini berjalan dengan tertib dan demokratis.
Kehadiran saksi dari masing-masing pasangan calon serta pengawasan dari Bawaslu memastikan tidak ada pelanggaran dalam proses ini.
Dengan hasil ini, masyarakat Jember kini memiliki pemimpin baru yang akan menjabat selama lima tahun mendatang.
