JEMBER – Tri Sandi Apriana (TSA), mantan Ketua DPC Partai Demokrat Jember sekaligus menantu Bupati Hendy Siswanto, menjalani pemeriksaan di Polres Jember pada Senin (25/11/2024).
Pemeriksaan tersebut terkait laporan dugaan pemalsuan tanda tangan yang menyeret nama TSA.
Bertempat di ruang Penyidik Pidana Umum (Pidum), pemeriksaan berlangsung selama enam jam, mulai pukul 12.00 hingga 17.30 WIB.
TSA hadir didampingi kuasa hukumnya, Ali Syafik Tarmizi.
“Klien kami diperiksa sebagai saksi atas laporan pemalsuan tanda tangan,” jelas Ali kepada wartawan usai pemeriksaan.
Selama pemeriksaan, TSA dicecar 37 pertanyaan oleh penyidik.
“Semua pertanyaan seputar dugaan pemalsuan tanda tangan,” tambah Ali.
Namun, Ali berdalih bahwa tuduhan tersebut masih belum jelas bentuknya.
“Jadi pemalsuan tanda tangan yang dituduhkan juga tidak spesifik, dipalsukan seperti apa dan dokumen mana juga tidak kami ketahui, jadi masih belum jelas,” ujarnya.
Di sisi lain, Kasatreskrim Polres Jember, AKP Abid Uais Alqarni Aziz, membenarkan bahwa TSA dipanggil untuk pemeriksaan kali kedua setelah sebelumnya mangkir dari panggilan pertama.
“Terlapor sendiri sudah dua kali kami panggil, hanya saja yang pertama tidak hadir, dan baru hari ini hadir,” ungkapnya.
Ia juga mengungkapkan bahwa laporan terhadap TSA tidak hanya menyangkut dugaan pemalsuan tanda tangan, tetapi juga dugaan penggelapan dana partai.
“Ada dua perkara yang dilaporkan oleh pelapor, yaitu pemalsuan dokumen dan penggelapan dana partai,” jelas Abid.
Kasus ini menarik perhatian publik karena melibatkan TSA sebagai tokoh politik lokal sekaligus bagian dari keluarga kepala daerah.
Hingga saat ini, polisi masih terus mendalami laporan tersebut untuk mengumpulkan bukti-bukti lebih lanjut.
