JEMBER – Mantan Ketua DPC Partai Demokrat Jember, Try Sandi Apriana (TSA), menjalani pemeriksaan intensif di Mapolres Jember pada Senin, 25 November 2024.
Pemeriksaan yang berlangsung di ruang Penyidik Pidana Umum (Pidum) ini terkait laporan dugaan pemalsuan tanda tangan yang menyeret nama TSA.
Pemeriksaan berlangsung selama enam jam, dari pukul 12.00 hingga 17.30 WIB, dengan TSA didampingi oleh kuasa hukumnya, Ali Syafik Tarmizi, SH.
Ali Syafik, kuasa hukum TSA, menjelaskan bahwa kliennya hadir sebagai saksi dalam kasus ini.
“Klien kami diperiksa sebagai saksi atas laporan pemalsuan tanda tangan, bukan pemalsuan dokumen. Ini penting untuk digarisbawahi,” ungkap Ali kepada sejumlah wartawan setelah pemeriksaan selesai.
Selama pemeriksaan, TSA yang merupakan menantu Bupati Jember ini menghadapi 37 pertanyaan dari penyidik.
“Pertanyaan yang diajukan semuanya terkait dugaan pemalsuan tanda tangan, dan bukan soal pemalsuan dokumen seperti yang ramai diberitakan sebelumnya,” tambah Ali.
Ia juga menegaskan bahwa tuduhan pemalsuan tanda tangan ini belum jelas bentuknya, baik terkait dokumen apa yang dipalsukan maupun detail lainnya.
“Jadi pemalsuan tanda tangan yang dituduhkan juga tidak spesifik, dipalsukan seperti apa dan dokumen mana juga tidak kami ketahui, jadi masih belum jelas,” ujarnya.
Sementara itu, Kasatreskrim Polres Jember, AKP Abid Uais Alqarni Aziz, membenarkan adanya pemeriksaan terhadap TSA.
Ia mengungkapkan bahwa ini adalah kali kedua TSA dipanggil untuk pemeriksaan setelah sebelumnya mangkir dari panggilan pertama.
“Terlapor sendiri sudah dua kali kami panggil, hanya saja yang pertama tidak hadir, dan baru hari ini hadir,” kata Abid.
Menurut Abid, penyidik juga telah memeriksa lima saksi terkait laporan ini.
Ia menyebut bahwa laporan terhadap TSA tidak hanya mencakup dugaan pemalsuan tanda tangan, tetapi juga dugaan penggelapan dana partai.
“Ada dua perkara yang dilaporkan oleh pelapor,” jelasnya.
Dugaan pemalsuan tanda tangan yang dituduhkan kepada TSA menjadi sorotan publik.
Hal itu karena statusnya sebagai mantan Ketua DPC Partai Demokrat Jember dan hubungan kekerabatannya dengan Bupati Jember, Hendy Siswanto.
Hingga kini, pihak kepolisian masih terus mendalami laporan ini untuk mengumpulkan bukti-bukti yang lebih spesifik.
