Gus Fawait Ajak Masyarakat Sambut Pilkada Jember dengan Damai dan Tanpa Hoaks

JEMBER – Calon Bupati Jember nomor urut 2, Muhammad Fawait, mengajak seluruh elemen masyarakat untuk menjaga suasana damai dalam Pemilihan Kepala Daerah (Pilkada) Jember 2024.

Dalam pesannya, Gus Fawait menekankan pentingnya merawat nilai-nilai demokrasi agar pesta politik ini dapat berjalan tanpa gesekan, fitnah, maupun penyebaran hoaks.

“Tidak boleh saling mencaci maki, menebar hoaks, memfitnah. Kalaupun ada yang memfitnah kita, senyumin saja, selawatin saja,” ungkapnya, Rabu (20/11/2024).

Menurut Gus Fawait, Pilkada merupakan momentum penting untuk memilih pemimpin daerah, sehingga proses tersebut harus dilakukan secara damai dan penuh kegembiraan.

“Untuk itu, demokrasi harus dijalani dengan tenang dan tidak boleh ada gesekan di masyarakat,” tegasnya meyakinkan publik.

Lebih lanjut, Gus Fawait meminta agar masyarakat memandang Pilkada sebagai pesta demokrasi yang harus dirayakan dengan suka cita.

“Pesta demokrasi itu harus senang-senang, tidak boleh ada gesekan, tidak boleh ada kekerasan. Kita harus menjaga demokrasi sehingga tidak kehilangan marwahnya sebagai ajang memilih pemimpin,” jelasnya.

Selain itu, Gus Fawait mengungkapkan rasa bahagia atas besarnya dukungan dari berbagai organisasi maupun komunitas ditengah-tengah suasana politik yang kian hangat.

Hingga hari ini, dukungan dari berbagai pihak terus mengalir, menambah kekuatan Paslon 02 untuk menang di Pilkada Jember.

“Dukungan yang semakin besar membuat saya bahagia dan bangga. Sebagai anak muda, saya diberi kesempatan oleh banyak pihak untuk memimpin Jember,” katanya.

Atas tingginya antusiasme masyarakat tersebut, Gus Fawait memastikan untuk mengemban amanah jika terpilih menjadi Bupati Jember.

“Mudah-mudahan kami bisa menjalankan amanah dari para pendukung, dari seluruh elemen masyarakat, dengan sebaik mungkin,” tutupnya.

Di tempat yang sama, Wakil Ketua Bidang Kampanye Tim Pemenangan Gus Fawait-Djoko, Nyoman Aribowo, optimis bahwa Gus Fawait sudah siap menyambut pemilihan yang bakal berlangsung pada 27 November 2024 mendatang.

Nyoman juga optimistis Gus Fawait bisa memenangkan kontestasi politik dengan tingginya dukungan dari masyarakat, terutama emak-emak, baik di wilayah kota maupun pelosok desa.

“Setiap Apel Sholawat di berbagai tempat, yang datang selalu ramai. Mereka antusias menghadiri. Insya Allah Gus Fawait menang,” pungkasnya.
