JEMBER – Ratusan warga yang tergabung dalam Aliansi Masyarakat Peduli Pemilu Jurdil (AMP2J) melabrak kantor Bawaslu Jember, Rabu (13/11/2024).
Mereka mendesak Bawaslu Jember untuk segera memecat Jovita, Ketua Panwascam Sumberbaru, yang diduga melanggar kode etik.
“Jovita terang-terangan melakukan pelanggaran, bahkan berujar akan menghadapi langsung kalau ada apa-apa. Kami minta Bawaslu panggil sekarang juga,” tegas salah seorang peserta aksi, Novi.
Selain Jovita, beberapa penyelenggara Pemilu di lain tempat juga mendapat sorotan publik lantaran diduga terlibat mengkampanyekan salah satu Paslon.
“Hampir di semua kecamatan di Jember ini PPK dan PPS melanggar etik. Bukti-buktinya ada. Harusnya Bawaslu bersikap tegas. Harusnya yang terbukti melanggar disanksi tegas, bukan hanya disanksi teguran,” tegasnya.
Senada, Adil Satria Putra, koordinator lapangan dalam aksi ini lebih keras bersuara perihal sikap Bawaslu yang seakan tutup mata terhadap pelanggaran netralitas yang dilakukan anggotanya.
“Mereka telah menciderai demokrasi, penghianat demokrasi, harus ditindak tegas, harus dipecat agar demokrasi di Jember tetap terjaga,” pintanya.
Menanggapi keluhan peserta aksi, Ketua Bawaslu Jember, Sanda Aditya Pradana, akan melakukan proses lebih lanjut terkait permasalahan ini.
“Kalau memang terbukti melakukan pelanggaran, kami akan tindak sesuai aturan yang berlaku,” ujar Sanda yang seketika mendapat sanggahan langsung dari peserta aksi.
“Kami minta sekarang juga Jovita ini dipanggil, dipecat. Kami gak mau ada proses, karena kalau ada proses, kita sudah tahu hasilnya seperti apa,” sergah salah seorang peserta aksi.
Sanda yang secara kelembagaan menemui mereka berusaha tenang demi menjaga suasana tetap kondusif, meski desakan terus bergulir dari peserta aksi.
Hingga berita ini ditulis, Sanda telah meyakinkan peserta aksi untuk menindaklanjuti perkara ini bersama beberapa komisioner Bawaslu Jember.
Massa membubarkan diri sekitar pukul 13.15 WIB setelah berhasil menemui Sanda di Kantor Bawaslu.
Massa berhasil masuk ke dalam kantor Bawaslu usai menjebol gerbang Bawaslu sekitar pukul 12.11 WIB.
